Built for how Sydney actually builds.
Different projects want different things from a builder. A fit-out lives on sequencing around trading hours; a civil scope lives on plant and compliance. Vortex plans against the project, not a single template.
Project types
Residential renovations
Room-by-room updates and whole-house renovations for homes across Greater Sydney.
Home extensions
Single and double-storey additions that unlock space without the cost of moving.
New home builds
Knockdown rebuilds and new dwellings, managed from site works to handover.
Commercial fit-outs
Shopfronts, offices and tenancy fit-outs delivered to a fixed program.
Civil & site works
Earthworks, retaining and concrete works ahead of a build or development.
Small developments
Dual occupancies and small multi-unit projects, coordinated across every stage.
Approvals & compliance
Checked before a trade sets foot on site.
Every site worker holds a current Construction Induction Card as a minimum. Beyond that, approvals and insurances are confirmed against the scope before work starts, not chased afterwards.
Site safety requirements, inductions and supervision remain with the principal contractor or site occupier for each job. Vortex's role is making sure the paperwork and the people are ready before the first fixing is driven.
