What Vortex does
Two needs, one point of contact.
Vortex Construction Solutions Pty Ltd designs, manages and delivers residential, commercial and civil construction work, and supplies construction labour and skilled trades to other builders and contractors. The business exists to do two related things properly: get your own project built right, and get the right people on site when someone else's project needs them.
Director Vimal Hingu oversees both sides of the business personally, so a client with a renovation and a site supervisor calling for a crew are dealing with the same person — not different departments, and not a relay through someone else.

Vimal Hingu founded Vortex Construction Solutions to bring a straightforward standard to construction across Sydney — clear written quotes, one point of contact from first call to handover, and a program that's actually kept to. That same standard carries over to the crews Vortex supplies to other builders: matched to the job, briefed before they arrive, and accountable to one person.

You deal with Vortex directly. No account layers, no relay, no waiting for someone to call someone else.

A smaller number of well-run projects and placements is worth more than a big number that turns over every month.
Safety & quality
Safety is set by the site and upheld by the crew.
Every project has its own safety requirements, induction and supervision structure. Vortex's role is making sure our own crews and any workers we supply arrive ready to follow them — briefed on expectations before deployment, with current tickets, and clear that site procedures take precedence.
Obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (NSW) and related regulations sit with the principal contractor or site occupier for each project. Nothing on this site changes that.
Quality means it's done once.
A project is only a success if it's done to the standard agreed, on the program agreed, without chasing defects afterwards. Vortex measures itself on that, not on how quickly a job gets started.
